Orange mobile subscribers across parts of the UK are experiencing the loss of data services.
"We are aware that some customers may be experiencing reduced data coverage," the firm said in a statement.
"Our engineers are investigating the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We would like to apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused."
Users have reported that they are still able to use their phones to make calls.
"Anyone else in Norwich on Orange got no 3G signal? Mobile signal is fine - just no data comms," tweeted one user.
The parent company - Everything Everywhere - was unable to confirm at this time whether users could reconnect to the internet by setting their phones to roam to their other network, T-Mobile.
However, customers have reported that the action works in some cases.
