The Audi e-tron has such a forward-looking design, it doesn't even have a rear window. That's an easy problem to solve, though, with a race-inspired AMOLED screen in the place of its rearview mirror.

This is not just any minivan-driving soccer mom's backup camera, either. The 7.7-inch screen is equally useful during the day or night thanks to its smart autodimming functions. Audi says it's planning to add extra data readouts to the display as development progresses.
Racing versions of the Audi e-tron finished first and second in Le Mans this year -- the first hybrid cars to win the 24-hour race.
