The viral French cat Henri le Chat Noir is back with a melancholy, politically charged message: he does not trust those in power. Cat carrier latches were meant to be broken.
Henri is a cat whose owner films him lying bored around the house. Yet, when paired with somber piano, French, and edited to black and white, the videos become depressing monologues. Henri's previous videos have millions of views.
