The NFL's crew of replacement refs has drawn avalanches of criticism both online and off for getting things wrong while the league has been mired in a labor standoff with its regular officials' union this season. Now the website Replacement Google expresses officiating angst in an appropriately web-based way for Mashable readers -- by imagining if the current NFL situation applied to the search engine.
The site caused a brief sensation among the Twitterati when it first popped up Tuesday, and its premise is simple: Enter a search term and get some results that are completely wrong. My name, for example, turned up returned results for "Lunchables." Give the site a whirl for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments.
