Microsoft has launched Web Windows Marketplaces -- the web versions of online stores where Windows Phone users can buy apps and games -- in 22 new countries.
The new Marketplaces are available in Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Israel, Thailand and Vietnam.

Microsoft also announced it is working to improve the search on the Windows Marketplace by reviewing the keywords developers assign to their apps, and removing ones that aren't relevant.
The review process will take "at least several weeks," Microsoft says, but after it's done you can expect more relevant search results in the Marketplace -- especially for popular apps.
