6 Apps You Don't Want to Miss

Taplister

Looking for your favorite IPA while traveling? Want to make sure the bar you’re going to tonight is still carrying your favorite brew? Taplister is a new service that lets you check local taps and find the beers you want near you. The service works with local bars to maintain up-to-the-minute tap listings at bars and restaurants, and even provides the menu board for some bars ensuring that what you see on your phone is what you’ll see at the bar.

The app is currently only available for iOS, however, you can access the Taplister database from the web on your computer or any handset with a web browser.

This week we found an app that will help you find your favorite beer while you're out on the town, and another that will help you find the polls when it's time to vote.

If your phone gets stolen, one of the apps we found this week can remotely access the forward-facing camera on your smartphone and take a "Mugshot" of the thief.

If you love movies, another app will help you go to all the movies you want in a month -- for a single price.

Check out the gallery above for a look at this week's app highlights.
